Payment will only be debited from your account when the item is shipped.<\/p>\n<p>All amounts are in DKK (Danish Krone).<\/p>\n<p>Formula H Skincare ApS uses an approved payment server that encrypts all your card information with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that no one can read your information.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Delivery<br \/><\/strong>On all weekdays, formula-h-skincare.com dispatches orders received before 12:00 PM on the same day. Delivery of goods from the online shop is considered complete when delivered to GLS or another freight provider, provided the recipient address is correctly specified.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Complaints<br \/><\/strong>A 2-year warranty is provided in accordance with the Sale of Goods Act. Packages sent with cash-on-delivery will not be accepted.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Right of Withdrawal<br \/><\/strong>A 14-day full return policy is granted for items purchased on formula-h-skincare.com. The period is counted from the day you receive the ordered item. You are responsible for the return shipping cost.<\/p>\n<p>Withdrawal must be communicated to Formula H Skincare ApS within 14 days of receiving the item. The item must be sent to Formula H Skincare ApS within 14 days of your receipt of the item, in unbroken and undamaged packaging.<\/p>\n<p>The notification should be sent by email to forbrugerservice@formula-h-skincare.com. Please use our standard withdrawal form and include it with the return. Information is not disclosed or sold to third parties unless it occurs in connection with a restructuring or a total or partial sale of the company.
