Terms and conditions

The following delivery terms apply to all shipments from the online shop

Payment. Payment will only be debited from your account when the item is shipped.

All amounts are in DKK (Danish Krone).

Formula H Skincare ApS uses an approved payment server that encrypts all your card information with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that no one can read your information.

On all weekdays, formula-h-skincare.com dispatches orders received before 12:00 PM on the same day. Delivery of goods from the online shop is considered complete when delivered to GLS or another freight provider, provided the recipient address is correctly specified.

A 2-year warranty is provided in accordance with the Sale of Goods Act. The warranty covers errors in content and packaging.

The warranty does not cover errors or damages caused by incorrect usage.

In the event of a complaint, Formula H Skincare ApS will fully cover the return costs to GLS or a similar carrier.

All inquiries can always be directed to forbrugerservice@formula-h-skincare.com. Packages sent with cash-on-delivery will not be accepted.

Right of Withdrawal
A 14-day full return policy is granted for items purchased on formula-h-skincare.com. The period is counted from the day you receive the ordered item. You are responsible for the return shipping cost.

Withdrawal must be communicated to Formula H Skincare ApS within 14 days of receiving the item. The item must be sent to Formula H Skincare ApS within 14 days of your receipt of the item, in unbroken and undamaged packaging.

The notification should be sent by email to forbrugerservice@formula-h-skincare.com. Please use our standard withdrawal form and include it with the return. You can find it here: Withdrawal Form

Please provide your department code and account number in your financial institution, so that the amount for the returned items can be refunded.

If you have a complaint about a product purchased on formula-h-skincare.com and, contrary to expectations, are not satisfied with the handling of the complaint, you can, according to EU legislation, submit a complaint to the European Commission’s online complaint platform. The platform can be found here: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/

If you wish to submit a complaint or other comments to Formula H Skincare ApS, please write to customerservice@formula-h-skincare.com, and you can expect a response within 24 hours.

Personal Data
To shop on the website, you must provide at least your name, delivery address, email, and phone number.

The above data is stored with information about the items you have purchased for 3 years from the end of the fiscal year to which the information pertains, in accordance with the Accounting Act, after which the information is deleted. Information is not disclosed or sold to third parties unless it occurs in connection with a restructuring or a total or partial sale of the company. Any disclosure in such a situation will comply with the then-current data protection legislation.

As a customer, you have the right to access our records of data about you, and you can object to a registration in accordance with the rules of the Personal Data Processing Act, with inquiries in this regard addressed to Formula H Skincare ApS.

Choice of Law and Venue
An item purchased on formula-h-skincare.com is subject to Danish law. Any dispute will be settled by the ordinary Danish courts.
